Please register directly with the NWS at https://www.weather.gov/mrx/skywarn_classes National Weather Service encourages anyone with an interest in public service to join the SKYWARN® program. Volunteers include police and fire personnel, dispatchers, EMS workers, public utility workers and other concerned private citizens. Individuals affiliated with hospitals, schools, churches and nursing homes or who have a responsibility for protecting others are encouraged to become a spotter. Fentress County Amateur Radio NET

The Fentress Amateur Radio NET meets every Tuesday evening at 8:00pm CT (9:00pm ET) on the 147.090 repeater. There is currently no tone on the repeater but if QRM existed the tone would be set to 100 Hz. All amateur radio operators inside and outside of Fentress County are encouraged to check in.
